I wanna start off by saying wow. As soon as you walk into the establishment , you are greeted with smiles. They were very busy as per time of year. That didn’t stop them great customer service making you feel welcome with priority. The staff was educated right down to the sales rep Brittney. She was amazing. You can tell she is new to role but eager to please the customer. She was educated on the product as well. I have multiple sclerosis and renal failure. Therefore I struggle with good credit. As embarrassed as I felt Brittney never judged. She was easy to talk to answered all my questions. The manager was amazing. He listened to my specific situation. I truly felt he really cared about what he was doing and the great customer service he wanted to achieve. He did just that and beyond. The financial manager was very polite explained everything. Most of all every employee was great at the role they were filling. Great team. What quality cars too!! Make sure you ask to see those cars )
